Event Coordination & Management

Do you enjoy planning events and bringing people together? We’d love to have you join our Events team!

As an Events Volunteer, you’ll help coordinate PSKH fundraising and community events from the initial idea right through to the big day.

This could include researching and booking suitable venues, planning event formats and dates, developing budgets and profit projections, sourcing exciting raffle and auction prizes, creating promotional and display materials, and working closely with other teams within our Promotions group.

You’ll also help manage ticket sales through the PSKH online shop, recruit and coordinate volunteers for each event, and oversee the smooth running of the event on the day.

It’s a rewarding opportunity to use your organisational and creative skills while making a real difference to the animals in our care.
