Orders $51 – $100 = $15 Shipping

Important Information –
Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your order for processing and an
additional 5 to 7 business days for delivery within Australia via Australia Post.
Australia Post advises to order early for Christmas.
Exchange or Refund
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds unless you receive a faulty/damaged

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not currently able to process international orders through our online shop.
If you would like to place an order for delivery outside Australia, please email:
merchandise@pskh.com.au with details of the item/s you wish to purchase and your
postal address so we can provide you with an estimate of shipping costs.

All purchases support the work of the Port Stephens Koala Hospital. You can also adopt a koala to help contribute to the care and rehabilitation of wildlife.
We rely on adoptions and donations to help save koalas and other native wildlife. As we are a not-for-profit organisation, your generosity will help to cover the inevitable costs.
We have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status which makes it easier for us to fundraise to support the ongoing work of Port Stephens Koala Hospital.
