Hi, my name is Betty Roo. I was rescued by a concerned family when they saw me struggling out in the water at Taylors Beach, NSW. They pulled me out of the water just in time and brought me to PSKH. I was treated for capture myopathy, a condition that occurs when animals overexert themselves, so I was given fluids and closely monitored. The veterinary team also discovered that I have cataracts so I’ll be staying here in one of the yards for the time being.
