Free educational presentations, incursions or Zoom depending on distance, are available from the PSKH education team to learn about the work of the Port Stephens Koala Hospital and to motivate students to help support our koala population. Presentations are tailored to Preschool, K-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-12 subject groupings and are supported by a PowerPoint mainly consisting of photographs and videos to engage students. Sessions are 30-40 mins depending on the age group.
As Port Stephens Koala Hospital is a not-for-profit organisation, we appreciate any assistance in supporting our koalas. Optional gold coin donations for incursions support our fundraising for medical equipment and supplies. For every $50 raised, schools or individual classes can adopt a koala.
