Event Management

Coordination of PSKH specific events from concept to completion; includes;

  • Researching suitable venues
  • Planning the format & date of event
  • Developing a budget including profit projection
  • Sourcing of raffle & auction items
  • Designing and preparing relevant promotional and display material
  • Liaising with other teams within the Promotions group as needed
  • Managing ticket sales via the PSKH online Shop
  • Establishing a team of volunteers to ‘man’ the event, and
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the event on the day.
